PHOENIX – Arizona senior Senator Kyrsten Sinema joined Governor Doug Ducey and investor Mark Cuban at the AZ Tech Innovation Summit where she delivered opening remarks to Arizona’s innovation leaders. Sinema pledged to continue working across the aisle to cut red tape and maximize growth opportunities for Arizona.
“I’m excited to keep partnering with innovators and entrepreneurs to create opportunity and foster Arizona’s vibrant tech sector,” said Sinema.
Sinema is leading the Fostering Innovation Act in the U.S. Senate, as she did in the U.S. House, which cuts red tape for emerging growth companies on the cutting edge of scientific and medical research. Sinema also championed the HALOS Act—bipartisan legislation making it simpler for angel investors to fund startups.
