We understand this has been a very disruptive time for Tribes in Arizona. We are working to ensure Tribal trust and treaty responsibilities are honored and there are meaningful government-to-government relations with Tribes regarding the national COVID-19 response. 

How does a Tribal Nation request an emergency declaration?

Test kits for Tribal Nation clinics

Test kits will become available through the National Supply Service Center at the Indian Health Service. If you have no kits, you may use CDC guidance for Dacron plastic swabs. More information here: Public Health Laboratory testing for COVID-19.
